“You can answer my questions?”

                      “Oh, this is wonderful!”

It wasn’t the first time this happened and it won’t be the last, but the other day I answered a call and I could hear the caller, candidly to someone else, “They’re probably not even there to answer-“

Without delay I spoke, “Thank you for calling Tree Health Management, this is Lacie. May I help you?” 

“Oh! Hi! I didn’t think you’d be open today with the ice storm.”

This is the power of not only that call being answered by virtual assistance, but of having the skill to fully assist the customer.
